- How do I pay for my airport transfer?
- You pay the driver in cash on arrival. We accept US dollars, euros, pounds sterling and Sri Lankan rupees. There is no online payment.
- Is the fare fixed?
- Yes. The fare you see when you book is all-in, with tolls, parking and waiting included. Night-time and peak-season surcharges, where they apply, are shown in the quote before you book.
- Which airports do you serve?
- Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Katunayake near Colombo, and Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI).
- Why do you need my flight number?
- For airport pickups we ask for your flight number so we know when you are due to land. Drops to the airport do not need one.
- Can I change or cancel my booking?
- Yes. Reply to your booking message on WhatsApp. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
- How do I confirm my booking?
- After you book you will see a "Confirm on WhatsApp" button with your booking details filled in. We also email you a confirmation.
- What if my group does not fit in one vehicle?
- Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange two vehicles. Our fleet ranges from a mini car to a 25-seat luxury bus.
